One of the discussed issues in jurisprudence and law is the issue of silence. The general rule about silence is that nothing is attributed to a silent person, but there are cases in which silence expresses the will and the origin of the effect. This research is called the implication of silence. the virgin upon his consent in the fulfillment of the marriage contract from the perspective of Imamiyyah jurisprudence; It examines the sayings and evidences of the virgin's silence indicating her consent in the fulfillment of the marriage contract from the perspective of Imamiyyah jurisprudence; The general public's lack of familiarity with jurisprudential and legal issues in the issue of silence and the loss of their right when they remain silent shows the necessity and importance of the issue. The purpose of this research is to get familiar with the sayings and evidences of the virgin's silence on her consent in the fulfillment of the marriage contract from the perspective of Imami jurisprudence. Correspondence indicates the consent and validity of the marriage, but there is a difference between the jurists in the marriage.
