This article examines the conflict between women's employment and their roles in the family from the perspective of Ayatollah Khamenei. The qualitative research method was conducted using content analysis of his statements about the third model of women, the central role of women in the family and society, and the challenges they face. The findings show that Ayatollah Khamenei emphasizes that the conflict between professional and family roles can have a direct impact on the quality of family and social life. From his perspective, the third model of women, as a comprehensive solution, emphasizes the importance of preserving women's human dignity, empowering them in society, and strengthening the foundation of the family. Appropriate policies in this area include creating flexible job opportunities, regulating women's working hours, promoting a culture of working at home, and providing social support. The goal of these policies is to reconcile women's family and professional responsibilities and improve their quality of life. Finally, this research shows that women's employment within the framework of the third model of women can contribute to the growth of society and the family and prevent role conflicts.
